Before you join
Which platform do the rooms use?
Live rooms run on Zoom and a lightweight browser-based room — no downloads required. Joining links and reminders appear in your member dashboard and by email.
Can my child join alone?
Children 8 and up may join their level room independently. For ages 3–7 we ask a parent to stay nearby, and our family rooms are designed for parent and child together.
What if my level is too low to speak?
Every member starts with a friendly 10-minute level chat. Beginners get a dedicated starter room where the facilitator uses lots of visuals and sentence frames.
Do I need the parents course as well?
They work beautifully together: the course builds the home environment, the community provides live speaking practice. Many families start with the course and add community later — or choose the bundle.
